Terms of Use · 17 August 2026
The short version.
NaturalCam is a camera app. It is free, and the free version is the
whole camera — every control, every look, the RAW pipeline, and
two saved cameras — C1 arrives ready-made and
C2 is yours to fill. You can pay to save more than two,
either once or once a year. Nothing you have already saved is ever
deleted or taken away, whatever you pay or stop paying.
The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully, because an App Store subscription needs it written down.
Who you are agreeing with
NaturalCam is made and published by Solution Forest Limited. Using the app means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, delete the app; nothing is retained anywhere for you to ask us to remove, as the privacy policy explains.
Apple is not a party to these terms. Your purchase is made from Apple, through the App Store, and Apple's own Media Services Terms and Conditions — specifically the Licensed Application End User License Agreement — apply alongside this page. Where the two genuinely conflict, Apple's terms win.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use NaturalCam on the Apple devices you own or control, under the rules of the Apple Account you bought it with. You may not resell it, rent it, or attempt to extract its source.
What costs money, and what does not
The camera
Single-frame Bayer RAW capture, every film look, the corner dial, the arcs, re-developing, long-exposure stacking, and two saved cameras — one made for you, one to make your own.
Support NaturalCam
Save as many cameras as you like. Charged to your Apple Account and renewed once a year until you stop it.
Lifetime unlock
The same thing, bought once. It does not renew, cannot lapse, and does not need to be maintained.
The subscription, precisely
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period, at the price shown in the app for your region.
You can manage the subscription, see its renewal date, or cancel it at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. The current period runs to its end either way.
Prices are set per storefront and shown in your own currency before you buy. They can change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and Apple will ask you to confirm a price rise before it takes effect.
What happens if you stop paying
Nothing you saved is deleted. This is the part worth being clear about, because it is the part people are right to worry about.
If a subscription lapses, every camera you saved stays on the mode dial and still recalls exactly as before. What stops is changing the ones past the free two: they cannot be renamed or written over until you subscribe again, or buy the one-time unlock. You can still select them, shoot with them, and delete them if you want to.
The one-time unlock does not lapse at all.
Restoring a purchase
A purchase belongs to your Apple Account, not to a phone. On a new device, or after reinstalling, use Restore a previous purchase on the support screen in the app. We hold no record of who bought what — we have no server and no accounts — so Apple's record is the only one, and restoring is how you reach it.
Refunds
We cannot issue refunds, because we never receive the payment directly. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your photographs
They are yours. NaturalCam claims no rights over anything you photograph with it. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to — see the privacy policy, which is short.
What the app does not promise
NaturalCam is provided as it is. It drives camera hardware through iOS, and what any given iPhone will do — which lenses offer Bayer RAW, how slow a shutter it allows, how it behaves when it gets hot — is decided by Apple and by the device, not by us. We do not warrant that the app is free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top of this page says when they last did. A change never applies retroactively to a period already paid for, and a saved camera is never deleted because of one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
